At around noon Los Angeles time (12:30 PM) of August 15th,  Psy appeared at the arrival gate of the Los Angeles International Airport .  Some fans who had heard about his arrival were there to visit him.  The K-Pop icon turned world star was very gracious to the throng of fans who were there to greet him. He interacted well with them, taking photos and giving autographs, as they followed him from the gate to his parked vehicle.  Psy looked very surprised at the warm welcome he received upon arrival.  

He mentioned that his reason for being in the States is for "vacation" time.  After a whirlwind last few weeks due to the viral impact of "Gangnam Style", a vacation is indeed well-deserved by the now sought-after star.  There is buzz, however, that Psy will also be here to talk to some Hollywood celebrities (perhaps Justin Bieber?) for potential collaborations. 

With 2NE1 on the opposite side of the coast, and Psy on the West Coast, YG family is clearly making its presence felt in the United States.
