Will Sooyoung's love for Oh Ji Ho be returned?

On the upcoming episode of tvN's "The 3rd Hospital," Eui Jin (Sooyoung) falls asleep in the arms of Seung Hyun (Oh Ji Ho). 

In the picture that was released recently, Eui Jin is asleep hugging Seung Hyun's waist. After meeting him in high school, she had always been in love with him, while he treated her as he would a sister. People are wondering if this presents a change in their relationship. 

This comes on the heels of Hye In (Kim Min Jung) finding out that she may also harbor feelings for Seung Hyun as well, whlie she herself received a confession from Doo Hyun (Kim Seung Woo). 

"The 3rd Hospital" is the first drama to deal with both western and eastern medicine within the same hospital and the story centers around two brothers who are rivals in the same hospital, fighting for both love and work.
