Actor Ahn Yong Jun has signed on for KBS's new Weds/Thurs drama "Woochi."

"Woochi" will take over the time slot dominated by "The Innocent Man" and is slated to premiere in November. It's about a young prince who is made king by rebel forces after a revolution. 

Ahn Yong Jun will play the role of young king Lee Geo, who is the long lost brother of the dethroned King and he had so far pretended to not be interested in politics in order to keep his life. Even after he is made king, he pretends to be ignorant, flippant and even weak. However, he is a character with high ambitions and high hopes for Chosun.

Ahn Yong Jun said, "I'm so happy to be able to work on a good project with great actors and crew members. I really hope to be able to give you my all and will hopefully have good results."

The production company said, "Ahn is still young but is a really good actor. He will be really good as a silently scheming young king."

"Woochi" will also star Cha Tae Hyun, Uee, Kim Kap Soo and others.
