TVXQ is shaking up things up on the next episode of SBS' "Running Man."

SBS "Running Man" is a variety show in which every episode the MCs and the guest's complete different missions to win the race of the episode.

In the upcoming Sunday episode of "Running Man", TVXQ guest stars as well as participates in activities on the show with actress Moon Geun Young.

One of the missions in this episode of "Running Man" included a 'bell race' in which the cast members are split up into two teams, one team, an attacking team, and the other team, a defending team. This episode of "Running Man" also included helicopters and boats as challenges for the teams to tackle during the race.

The duo made quite an entrance on the show that shocked the sleeping cast. Without any of the cast's knowledge TVXQ began performing "Catch Me" in front of the house the members were sleeping in the early morning.

The TVXQ members reflected on preforming in the early morning to startle their cast mates and said, "I think this might have been the first time we have had to dance this hard so early in the morning. We enjoyed ourselves performing 'Catch Me' like this."

TVXQ is currently in their Catch Me promotion era. Catch Me is TVXQ's 6th album.

The episode featuring TVXQ and Moon Geun Young is set to air October 14, 6:10PM, KST.
