tvN's drama "The 3rd Hospital" star Sooyoung's last will was revealed recently, which has devastated many viewers.

On the Thursday episode of the darma, Sooyoung seemed to be saying her last words to a despairing Oh Ji Ho. 

To Kim Min Jung, she says, "Take care of Seung Hyun for me. He will be having a hard time after I leave." She then gives a silent message to Oh Ji Ho with her fingers on his palm, which makes him cry, despairing. Viewers are wondering if this means that Sooyoung will die. 

Oh Ji Ho, who risked his life attempting a new kind of treatment for Sooyoung, was disappointed when people said that Sooyoung will not be able to last the treatment due to her failing health.

Oh Ji Ho, who wasn't able to do anything as he watched his love die, and Kim Min Jung, who was staying by his side both became tragic characters.

The drama only has 2 weeks until the finale and viewers are wondering how the loveline will resolve itself.
