"Gangnam Style" Psy will be appearing on the ABC program, "Dick Clark's New Year's Rocking Eve," on December 31 with Justin Bieber.

U.S. Billboard stated that Psy and Justin BIeber would be appearing on the show. Currently, the two artists are under the same label with Scooter Braun.

On this day, Psy will perform at Times Square along with Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepson. 

The hosts for the show will be Ryan Seacrest. For the evening performances, Fergie and other artists will be appearing as well.
