Singer Eru, who has been very popular in Indonesia, received a present from a 2014 Indonesia Presidential election candidate.

His agency stated today that last month on November 28, the candidate met with Eru and stated that he was thankful for spreading the culture of both Korea and Indonesia.

He then gifted Eru with a statue and also asked him to perform in Indonesia if he does win the election.

With Eru playing a role in the Indonesian film that was filmed with a Busan background, it allowed for more of Indonesia's culture to be known around the world.

Eru has been very popular in Indonesia with his songs and his movie.

He will be holding another concert in Indonesia next year in February.
