MTV chose Psy's success as one of the happiest moments of 2012.

Yesterday, MTV announced online that although Psy had sung a song about America and apologized, it did not stop his popularity from growing.

"Gangnam Style" has more parodies then Clint Eastwood and is almost at a billion views on YouTube. They also stated that the point of the funny song was the 'horse-riding' dance move.

There were other happy moments that MTV chose for 2012 such as the birth of Beyonce and Jay-Z's  daughter and more.
