August Pokemon CoroCoro Leak Unveils Mysterious New Pokedex Entry: Is It Zygarde's New Form For 'Z,' 'Delta Emerald' [VIDEO]?

The August edition of the Pokemon CoroCoro leak has begun to surface. While sometimes the leaks are lackluster in terms of spectacle, the appearance of a new Pokemon has everyone talking about next month's reveal.

Over the weekend, one page of the Pokemon CoroCoro leak showcased imagery from the trailer the reportedly played after the upcoming Pokemon movie "Hoopa & the Clash of Ages." The silhouette shows a Pokemon or a form of one that no one recognizes. But there are some theories.

"I'm pretty sure if this is real, it's most probably a Zygarde form," wrote Ervin on PokeJungle. "But I would absolutely not mind it being a new Legendary, going in the direction of a guardian of the ecosystem."

It's unclear whether this Pokemon CoroCoro leak conforms to the reports that Zygarde appears in the trailer following the Pokemon movie, but if this is accurate, there is likely a connection between this benemoth and the "Pokemon X" and "Pokemon Y" Legendary.

According to many theorists out there, Zygarde will likely get a new form whenever Game Freak follows up the generation with a sequel-presumably titled "Pokemon Z."

One reason for this is the spoilers provided by Hoopa and Volcanion. As shown by YouTuber TyranitarTube, Volcanion was revealed to carry the move Thousand Arrows, while Hoopa had the Attack Thousand Waves, both physical Ground-type attacks at 90 attack power, 100% accuracy, with secondary effects.

"Similarly, Zygarde's current signature move, Land's Wrath, is also a physical Ground-type attack with base 90 power and 100% accuracy, but with no secondary effect," said TyranitarTube. "Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves almost seem like perfected versions of Land's Wrath, and are speculated to be the signature moves of Zygarde's alternate forms."
