While Derek Jeter is finally engaged to host Hannah Davis, recent reports claimed that there have been no details yet, including the wedding date, of the much-anticipated special chapter in his life.

In an interview with Charissa Thompson of Extra TV at Universal Studios Hollywood, the fiancée of the 41-year-old former American Major League Baseball player revealed that they have not yet started planning for their wedding.

The 25-year-old "Project Runway Junior" host also disclosed that the wedding proposal itself came to her as a huge surprise.

"I didn't see that one coming," she shared.

Despite the fact that she is already engaged to Derek Jeter now, she admitted that she has no idea yet even about the wedding date.

"Gosh, I don't even know, I don't know anything yet," the gorgeous model said. "I think we are just trying to enjoy this stage."

She continued by saying, "We're so private with everything that we'll be super secretive about when, where, all that stuff."

Meanwhile, the newly-engaged celebrity to Derek Jeter shared that never expected to land a job as a host considering that "I'm a little bit terrified of the cameras."

The 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model now hosts "Project Runway Junior" on Lifetime channel.

"It's essentially the same show as 'Project Runway,' but it's the junior version," she described her new show. "Our designers are from 13 to 17 years old, they're the most adorable kids you will ever see in life... This season we had an absolute blast."

On the other hand, one of the exes of the retired New York Yankees star dished to TMZ her thoughts about the engagement.

"He said once he retired he wanted to get married .... so he's living his dream," Vida Guerra stated. "Congratulations to him."
