Dancing With the Stars pros Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd are engaged. Maksim Chmerkovskiy proposed to girlfriend Peta Murgatroyd onstage at the Sway: A Dance Trilogy show in Miami on Saturday, Dec. 5.

Besides the Maksim and Murgatroyd, Sway stars Val Chmerkovskiy, Maksim's brother. It also stars Dancing With the Stars pro Tony Dovolani and DWTS stars Meryl Davis, who dated Maks off and on, and Rumer Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. Meryl was partnered with Maks on Dancing With the Stars. Rumor was partnered with Val. The Season 18 champ and New Zealand native have been dating off and on for years.

Maks proposed to Peta at the end of a performance of Sway at the Olympia Theater in Miami, Fla.

Maksim took to Twitter to post the announcement along with a link to a photo of the proposal.

"She said 'yes,'" Chmerkovskiy, 35, tweeted.

Tho photo shows Chmerkovskiy kneeling before his fiancé holding a ring in one hand and a microphone in the other while dancers, including Maks' brother Val, cheered them on.

"I'm in love with you and I want to be in love with you for the rest of my life," Maksim said from the stage. "Will you marry me?"

Val Chmerkovskiy also confirmed the news on social media after the show ended.

"I love the two of you will all my heart. You have my brothers loyalty, heart. His one and only for the rest of his life," Val wrote.

"You're family now and that makes you my sister, the second most important woman in my life. What's mine is yours. Forever and always. Petachka your team got numbers now  #trapqueenfolife #famovereverything @petamurgatroyd @maksimc."

Maksim and Peta dated for 10 months in 2012 and 2013. They reunited earlier this year.

After the show, Mergatroyd showed off her engagement ring with Chmerkovskiy right beside her. The pair's friends also showed their loving support.

"So this just happened!!!! Ahhhhh I'm so excited for my loves!!@maksimc and @petamurgatroyd it's about bloody time!!!!" wrote Sharna Burgess, along with a photo of Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd kissing.

"Congrats @maksimc and@petamurgatroyd on you engagement,see you soon Timon..love you guys," Keo Motsepe tweeted.
