"Arrow" season 4 episode 9 is just around the corner and it will be this year's last episode as the superhero show will be taking its mid-season break.
In this episode, Oliver Queen will take his chances on Damien Dahrk and his organization, H.I.V.E. But it looks like he will have a hard time in doing so. Thus, he will ask an acquaintance to assist him in his fight.
Here's a brief synopsis of next episode courtesy of Comic Book.
"OLIVER TAKES ON HIVE - After the city is attacked again, Oliver (Stephen Amell) makes a bold move against HIVE. Malcolm (John Barrowman) checks in on Thea (Willa Holland) and leaves her with a warning."
"Things take a horrible turn when Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) retaliates in a brutal manner at Oliver's mayoral holiday party. John Behring directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Ben Sokolowski."
Based from the teaser trailer below, Malcolm Merlyn will grace the Green Arrow costume while battling Dahrk. This will probably mislead Dahrk from thinking that Oliver Queen is the Green Arrow.
Also, it looks like Felicity Smoak's life will be in jeopardy as she comes face to face with Damien Dahrk.
Meanwhile, Stephen Amell also spoke about his role in the upcoming superhero TV show, "Legends of Tomorrow." According to him, he will don a goatee, which the classic Green Arrow in the comics has. At first, he was against the idea but now, he is willing to do so if it will benefit the show. Here's what he has to say before.
"100% no. Never. Our show could go 14 seasons and a goatee will never appear. Hope that clears things up. Forever," Amell wrote in his social media account via We Got This Covered.
And now: ""Went on a tongue in cheek tirade earlier this year about Green Arrow iconography / how it fit into our show. Proud to say it only took 3-ish months to make myself look like a total idiot. The point being... You want to avoid the term 'that will NEVER happen' under any and all circumstances," Amell wrote.
