Are Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill truly engaged this time?

After the 33-year-old hip-hop and R & B star shared two separate snaps of her left hand's ring finger on social media Wednesday night, speculations about her possible engagement to her 28-year-old rapper boyfriend immediately sparked.

The first Instagram photo was captioned, "Now this is what I'm talking about baby. Lol. Love u." Such message was presumed to be intended for the Philly rapper as he was tagged in the said post.

The second Instagram snap, on the other hand, showed off a fuller view of the "Super Bass" singer's left hand.

"This stone is flawless. (My voice) lol," Nicki Minaj described the rumored engagement ring from Meek Mill.

It can be noted that the ring photos were posted a day after the "Starships" artist celebrated her 33^rd birthday. Could it mean that they got engaged on her natal day?

However, some of their fans may have thought that this could just be another false alarm.

According to People, rumors about their engagement went around in April "after she once again showed off some bling on that finger."

However, Meek Mill denied in May that he and Nicki Minaj "were preparing to wed."

"(Our relationship) is definitely real, but it ain't really time to get married yet," the "Ima Boss" rapper dished. "We're still learning each other, feeling each other out."

Back in October, TMZ reported that the couple "were buying a house in Cali."

"Sources close to the couple tell us they've bid on a 9-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills," the report disclosed. "It's still unclear if they'll get it, but the fact they even attempted is a sign they're on solid ground."

The report continued by saying that one source even told the outlet that Nickie Minaj and Meek Mill are "definitely in love, and there's even talk of marriage -- but no proposal yet."
