Boyd Holbrook has just opened up on how his relationship with Elizabeth Olsen ended. The revelation happened amid rumors that the "I Saw The Light" actress has also dumped Tom Hiddleston due to a commitment problem.

In an interview with Man's World, the "Narcos" actor revealed that the "I Saw The Light" actress broke up with him on the very same day that he was mourning the death of his best friend.

"On the same day that my best friend died, I got a call from my girl to tell me it was over," he told the magazine as quoted by E! Online.

As he mourned the loss of his friend and his girl in the past months, Boyd Holbrook also found new hope and looked at life in a different eye.

"What happened over the course of the journey was that I started noticing the different types of trees," he explained. "I started noticing beauty, the details."

This is seemingly the second heartbreak that Elizabeth Olsen got dragged into. Prior to Boyd Holbrook's revelation, it was rumored as well that she has dumped rumored beau and "I Saw The Light" co-star Tom Hiddleston.

According to Celebitchy, citing an item from Star magazine, the "I Saw The Light" actress was apparently experiencing commitment issues these days.

"Elizabeth's so focused on her career," an insider spilled. "She just wasn't sure she could handle a serious relationship right now."

Rumors linking Olsen and Hiddleston surfaced just last July, several months since Us Weekly confirmed that she has parted ways with Boyd Holbrook. While the dating rumors between the pair swirled, gossip also circulated that the "Crimson Peak" actor only made a move on the Scarlet Witch actress when he was sure that it was all over between her and the "Narcos" actor.

"Tom's not the sort to go for someone else's girl, so he waited until he heard her relationship was over," an insider said to Star Magazine in August about the Tom Hiddleston Elizabeth Olsen rumors prior to the latter's denial of it.
