Rumors that Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth are dating continue to gain momentum.

Now that the "Hunger Games" movies are over, the co-stars may just be ready to take their relationship to the next level, reported the Mirror.

The Australian hunk is said to be "keen to take things further" with the "X-Men" actress, as the two are currently single and have developed a strong bond after years of working together.

"Everyone knows what's going on, the chemistry is so obvious," a source told Heat magazine via Mirror, fueling speculations that the two are now an item.

"Liam would love to be in a relationship with her," the source continued. "He's said more than a few times that she's his dream girl."

In an interview with Vogue magazine via Mirror, the 25-year-old star shared that she "has bad luck with guys."

"No one ever asks me out. I am lonely every Saturday night," she declared. "Guys are so mean to me."

"I know where it's coming from, I know they're trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings," she admitted. "I'm just a girl who wants you to be nice to me," she said, adding, "I am straight as an arrow."

As many suspect, Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth may have developed mutual feelings for each other, as both have not only expressed fondness for the other but are now said to be actually dating.

"I guess the thing that surprised me is that I would never expect to ever have a man this good-looking ever be my best friend," she shared with Nylon magazine via Mirror. "I just would never assume those things could happen, but he is."

Meanwhile, the "Silver Linings Playbook" star's dream of becoming a director will soon become a reality, according to Entertainment Weekly.

"I've signed on to direct something called Project Delirium - it's based on this article about mental warfare in the '60s, like an acid experiment gone terribly wrong," she told Entertainment Weekly.

"It's funny, I've wanted to direct since I was 16 and always thought I should start making steps towards that," she said.
