I am not by any means a girly girl. I was born with a manly side to me, and as a result of this manly chromosome floating around in my being, I have always taken a fascination with women who are effortlessly girly. For the most part, the majority of the ladies in K-Pop are quite feminine, but today we're going to take a look at the top 3 girliest girl groups/solo singers who give the definition of "girly girls" a brand new meaning.

Coming in at #3 on our list is TS Entertainment's Secret. Made up of members Hyosung, Hana, Jieun, and Sunhwa, Secret is known for their adorable and girl-next-door image. Though they've dabbled in the sexy, Secret is mostly loved for their cute style and girlish ways. The music video for their latest hit single, "Yoohoo," is factual proof that these four girls define the definition of cutesy. Always dressed in adorable outfits from head to toe, Secret is definitely one of K-Pop's most girliest girl groups.

Solo singer IU is one of the most dainty and girliest gals around town. Never dressed in sexy gear, and always dressed in classy girly outfits, IU has been a fast-rising popular star who is often referred to as the "Nation's Little Sister."

In her short film special, "Spring of a Twenty Year Old," IU said this about her preference of girly things:

"I prefer youthful and girly things when it comes personal items such as diaries, pajamas, socks, or underwear. I always wear pajamas with socks that have little animal designs and I only use cute pens."

The pretty singer takes the #2 spot for her likeable personality, classy outfits, talented voice, and aegyo.

You can't make a list of the girliest girl groups in K-Pop without putting Girls' Generation at the #1 spot. Comprised of the 9 girliest and daintiest girls on the K-Pop block, SNSD comes in at #1 on our list today. The girls first debuted with "Into the New World," where the 9 beauties were dressed in matching white tennis skirts and zipper down hoodies. Their entrance into the world of K-pop was a whirlwind to say the least. Girls' Generation started a new trend of femininity in K-Pop that no one expected. Their second single, "Kissing You," really put these girls on the map.

In terms of girly, the group brought it to a whole different level. Everything from the huge lollipops, to the matching outfits and knee high boots, synchronized winks, facial expressions, and hand gestures, SNSD became thee poster child for cuteness in K-Pop and no one could or has been able to top these ladies in this particular category. Though the ladies can definitely bring the sexy, it's their adorable image that really makes them a hit in the industry. Their international hit, "Gee" blew any girl group trying to be the next girly group out of the water. Not only was it all kinds of adorable, but it truly solidified their stance as the girliest group in K-Pop history.
