After all the mess that has happened with Afterschool and its members, what is Pledis Entertainment planning to do with the remaining members of the girl group?

Many Afterschool members have already "graduated" from the group, Soyoung, Bekah, Kahi, Jooyeon and lastly Jung Ah. There are only six members now, Lizzy, Raina, Nana, Uee, and the two not so new additions, E Young and Kaeun. There were so many different things in this case so you can even "write my research paper" on this topic.

Afterschool is definitely one of the famous girl groups when they debuted. However, with how Pledis Entertainment had managed them, they are now nowhere to be seen. Pledis is now busy with Seventeen and their new girl group, Pledis Girlz.

There are many instances where the vocal and very outgoing member Lizzy has expressed a want to comeback as Afterschool but Pledis isn't doing any work. She said in an interview with bnt international magazine that she wanted to make a comeback as After School soon. She wants to perform bright songs like Lovelyz or GFRIEND, or try out a sexy concept.

Also, last year, she has answered a fan tweeting about a comeback. A fan asked her "Give us a comeback," and Lizzy replied with, "We need money for a comeback but we don't have any... I also want one." Also, before Jungah has "graduate" from the group, she posted on her Instagram that she wants a comeback with an Afterschool "Flashback" photo shoot.

Afterschool's case is really sad. I honestly thought that Afterschool or even just Orange Caramel would comeback this year because Seventeen has earned enough money for it. Also, Nana, Uee and Raina are still making money with their individual activities so they can spend that. However, nothing has happened.

On the other hand, at least those members have something to do. Ka Eun and E-Young's cases are even sadder as they weren't even famous before the entire member graduations happened. They aren't doing anything related to their career as nobody would cast them. I do not know if they are still even in Pledis or if they still go to the company for practices or anything. E Young is too talented to waste her potential.

Moreover, there are many rumors about the Afterschool remaining members withdrawing from the group and the company. I do think, maybe, Uee and Nana, even Lizzy and Raina, will leave the group. Those four can definitely live without Pledis.

I just really hope they won't be like the other second gen girl groups who suddenly announced their disbandment. The most recent 2NE1, Secret, Kara, and Rainbow has disbanded without even doing anything memorable for their fans. It is so saddening. We just have to trust Lizzy that she will do anything and everything to keep Afterschool alive. I really want them to comeback!
