K-Hip Hop Label H1GHR Music Records All Set to Dominate The Scene Once Again With New Album
It is no surprise that the artists under H1GHR Music Records are the leading force behind furthering the Korean Hip Hop scene and they're ready to be set the stage on fire again with the first part of their new album which they've titled "RED TAPE." The second part of the album is titled "BLUE TAPE." This is the first label wide compilation album being released by H1GHR and comes right in time with the Label's third year anniversary which was founded in 2017 by Jay Park and Cha Cha Malone.
On August 31, only two days before the release of the first part of the album, H1GHR Music released an excitable and intense teaser for the Music Video of the title track from the new album. The song is titled "The Purge" and the teaser features a snippet of the multifaceted talents and personalities of the rappers featured on it, including Jay Park himself, pH-1, BIG Naughty,Woodie Gochild, HAON, TRADE L and of course Sik-K. The track is produced by the musical genius duo GroovyRoom, considered the country's top HipHop producer. Together they promise an experience like none other as they reform and recreate the K-Hip Hop Scene in South Korea brick by brick, reigniting the flame.
CEO Jay Park has explained regarding the albums that, "RED TAPE is for the culture. BLUE TAPE is for the fans. Both of them together are for legacy and to make history." With excerpts of the song being released on SNS bit by bit, fans cannot hold their excitement. The two parts of the album are set to bring an incredible variety of songs, M/Vs and other original content scheduled to be released on September 2nd and 16th of 2020.
