T-ara Hyomin Reportedly Dating Soccer Player Hwang Ui Jo, Story of How They Met Revealed
The first couple from the K-pop scene this 2022 is finally unveiled! According to a Korean news outlet, T-ARA Hyomin and professional Korean soccer player Hwang Ui Jo are dating since November.
Here are the details of how they turned into lovers despite different fields.
T-ARA Hyomin x Hwang Ui Jo: How the Idol and Soccer Player Developed Feelings and Started Dating
According to the Korean media outlet Sports Chosun, the second-generation K-pop star T-ARA Hyomin is dating soccer player Hwang Ui Jo since November last year.
Based on the report, the two celebrities started and maintain friendship through the introduction of a mutual acquaintance.

Hyomin (32) and Hwang (29) then developed into lovers in November last year. The female idol who is three years older than the soccer player is currently in a long-distance relationship as Hwang is currently in France, while the "Roly-Poly singer is in Korea.
Since the soccer season is in full swing, Hwang can't come to his hometown; thus, Hyomin is the one who flew to Europe to see each other.
According to an insider, they enjoyed a sweet time traveling together in Switzerland last month.
T-ARA Hyomin and Hwang Ui Jo: Debut, Career and More
Hyomin made her debut with T-ARA in 2009 and left numerous hits, starting with "Lies," "Like the First Time," as well as "Bo Peep Bo Peep," dance song, "Go Crazy Because of You," leading to their retro craze, "Roly- Poly," and "Lovey-Dovey" tailored to the trend of "shuffle dance."
However, the team and Hyomin suffered a "dark history" due to various rumors such as new members' recruitment, withdrawal and bullying scandal since 2014.

During that time, Hyomin focused on her career in China where she's greatly loved. In 2017, T-ARA reorganized as a four-member team and in November 2021, the quartet made their much-awaited comeback with, "Re: T-ARA" after four years.
In the same year, Hyomin appeared on JTBC's "Cook King" and launched her own clothing brand.
On the other hand, her reported boyfriend Hwang Ui Ko made his professional debut in Seongnam in the K League in 2013.
In 2019, he moved to Bordeaux after passing through Gamba Osaka (Japan), heating the ground as the team's main gun.
In 2022, he is expected to have a great performance at the Qatar World Cup, wherein Hwang is at the forefront of the attack by building an "HSH line" with Son Heungmin (Tottenham) and Hwang Heechan (Wolverhampton) in the A national team.
