Who is TREASURE Asahi?
Hamada Asahi, more commonly know as just Asahi, is a Japanese singer and a member of the YG Entertainment boy group TREASURE. Asahi made his debut as the vocalist and visual member of the group back on August 7, 2020 with their debut single album "The First Step: Chapter One" and its lead single "Boy," which is part of TREASURE's The First Step series.

Before officially making their debut, the TREASURE members competed on YG Entertainment's Treasure Box, where trainees were gradually eliminated from the show as it progressed. Asahi was able to make it in the second lineup of trainees under the supposed group name Magnum, while the other was named TREASURE. Eventually, the two groups were merged together to form one group.
