K2YWE, are you excited?! Keystone Entertainment's nine-member boy group, BLANK2Y, made their much-anticipated comeback on August 24 with their mini-album "K2Y II: PASSION [FUEGO]." To celebrate their comeback, KpopStarz sat down with the boys for an exclusive interview.

The boys dished out their most memorable experience preparing for the mini-album, their message to fans, and more! Please note that this interview has both English and Korean responses!

1. What has been the most memorable experience for you while preparing for your 2nd mini-album “K2Y II : PASSION [FUEGO]”? Can you tell us or give us a hint about your favorite track from the album? 이번앨범을준비하며가장기억에남는순간이있다면무엇이었나요? 또이번앨범에서각자가장좋아하는곡을꼽자면무엇이며, 이유는무엇인가요?

DONGHYUK: My favorite track was ‘I Wish.’ I was glad to present another fan song to K2YWEs, and its lyrics are as touching as the lyrics in ‘Constellation,’ so I really like it!

동혁: I Wish입니다.
저는 키위분들께 또 다른 팬송을 선물할 수 있어서 좋았고 별자리만큼이나 감동적인 가사를 가지고 있는 노래이기 때문에 제일 좋았습니다!

SODAM: For me, my favorite is ‘FUEGO (Burn It Up).’ Not only is it our title track, but also its choreography and melody are strong and powerful, so I think it truly represents our own passion.

소담: 저는 FUEGO(Burn it up)입니다 이번 앨범 타이틀곡이기도 하고 안무나 멜로디가 강렬하고 파워풀해서 저희의 열정을 잘 보여줄 수 있다고 생각합니다.

2. [To all members] “K2Y II : PASSION [FUEGO]” has unveiled two versions of group & individual concept photos so far: red and white. But which of the two is closer to your personal style? [모든멤버답변부탁드립니다] “K2Y II : PASSION [FUEGO]”는빨간색과하얀색으로대비되는두가지의컨셉을내보였어요. 각자스스로두개의컨셉중어떤컨셉에더잘맞는다고생각하나요?

DONGHYUK: Red. I usually have a cuter image, but it was interesting to try a concept that is completely different from my personal image.

동혁 :빨강. 평소 조금 귀여운 이미지인 제가 상반되는 이미지를 시도한 것이 인상 깊었기 때문입니다

SUNGJUN: I think the red concept suits us better because it goes well with FUEGO, which means fire. In addition, I think red is the color that can define BLANK2Y’s passion!

성준 : 제 생각엔 빨간색 컨셉이 잘 어울린다고 생각하는데요! FUEGO, 불이라는 단어와 빨간색은 잘 어울리고 저희의 열정을 잘 표현해 내는 색이라고 생각하기 때문입니다!

3. [For Louis and Sodam] For this comeback, you’re sporting yellow and teal hair colors. Do you and the rest of the members also plan to try out other shades? What colors would they be? [루이님, 소담님께질문드립니다] 이번컴백을위해각각노란색과민트색으로머리를물들이셨는데, 다른색으로염색하고싶은마음도있나요? 다른멤버들은요? 다음염색은어떤색으로하고싶나요?

LOUIS: I’ve been coloring my hair since the first album, so I’d like to try brown or black hair, something in a darker shade!

루이: 저는 1집부터 계속 탈색 머리를 했기 때문에 갈색 혹은 흑발의 어두운 머리를 해보고 싶습니다!

SODAM: I agree. I also bleached my hair for both albums, so I’d like to try darker hair! Among more bright colors, I want to try orange color!

소담: 저도 1집, 2집 둘 다 탈색을 해서 밝은 색을 했기 때문에 이번엔 어두운색으로 해보고 싶습니다! 밝은 색 중에는 주황색이 해보고 싶어요!

4. As K2YWEs have been constantly asking online (making their own designs, conducting polls, etc.), any chance an official BLANK2Y lightstick is on its way? 많은키위들이투표와디자인토론등여러분의공식응원봉에대해다양한의견을내고있어요. 언제쯤블랭키의공식응원봉을볼수있을까요?
