BIGBANG Top Rumored To Go To Space In 2013 – 2 Hints You Probably Overlooked

According to the Korean media outlet E-Daily report on December 6, BIGBANG T.O.P is one of the prospective artists who will be joining the space travel project, "dearMoon" by Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa.

In particular, Yusaku Maezawa drew attention by announcing through the "dearMoon" project in 2018 that he would be the first commercial passenger to board Elon Musk's SpaceX spacecraft and tour the moon.

Based on the report, one hint that was dropped teasing T.O.P's travel to space was when the Japanese billionaire flaunted his constant friendship with the K-pop idol on social media. In September, the two celebrities along with veteran actor Lee Byung Hun showed off their close relationship by uploading a photo of them posing with hearts.

Due to this, it was claimed that the two were considered strong participants who will join the "dearMoon" project. Among them, T.O.P. is reported to have been selected as the space exploration partner of Yusaku Maezawa.

When the news was dropped, fans reacted positively to it, conveying how amazed they are with how vast BIGBANG T.O.P's connection is. Aside from his impact on the music scene, the idol is also influential in terms of the fashion scene, business world and art industry. Now, T.O.P is set to embark on space in 2023.

K-pop fans and internet users then looked back at the singer's individual concept photo when the group released their latest digital single, "Still Life" in April.

In the photo, T.O.P represented winter in their "four seasons" concept, but looking closely, the photo seemed to be filmed in space. In the MV, it was then revealed that was indeed in space and was seen looking at the Earth while standing in a place filled with snow.

People are assuming that it was actually a hint from the idol himself, teasing fans about his future plan.

If the report is true, BIGBANG T.O.P will make new history as the first K-pop idol and Korean celebrity to challenge space travel.
