According to the label, B.I introduced the topic of youth's naivety in "COSMOS," which was released in 2021. "COSMOS" is the first half of his second studio album.

"In order to properly convey his tale of youth and love to all of the listeners, B.I will now move forward to his stories about having "loved."

This contrasts with our original plan of releasing "Love or Loved PT.2" in 2023's latter half."
