ATEEZ Makes Waves on Billboard 200 With Album 'THE WORLD EP 2: OUTLAW' As Non 'Big 4' Artist
On June 26, chart data announced that ATEEZ's newest album "THE WORLD EP.2: OUTLAW" has reached a new peak on Billboard 200's No. 2 spot.
According to their data, the album garnered a total of 6.32 million on-demand streams, and a huge number of 101,000 for its pure sales.
Securing the No. 2 position on Billboard 200's chart led ATEEZ to become the group to have the highest-ranking peak outside of "Big 4" agencies, namely SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, YG Entertainment, and HYBE Labels.

On June 19, ATEEZ also became the non "Big 4" artist to surpass one million album sales in Hanteo Chart with "THE WORLD EP. 2: OUTLAW." The album also gathered a total of 1,267,862 copies on June 20.
As for the album's first day sales, "THE WORLD EP.2: OUTLAW" managed to garner 756,748 copies, exceeding the record made by their 2022 album "SPIN OFF: FROM THE WITNESS," which gathered 353,483 album copies.

ATEEZ also dominated on iTunes, where it secured first place with "THE WORLD EP. 2: OUTLAW," reigning in over 34 regions including Singapore, Chile, and more.

ATEEZ Becomes First Non-'Big 4' Artist to Earn 'Million Seller' Status With Album 'THE WORLD EP 1: MOVEMENT'
In other news, ATEEZ also made headlines with a separate album. The group attained their first-ever million-selling album with "THE WORLD EP. 1: MOVEMENT" in less than two months.
On September 8, 2022, it was reported that "THE WORLD EP. 1: MOVEMENT," which was released on July 29, 2022, had sold out 1 million album copies according to Circle Chart.
ATEEZ has accomplished this feat after 3 years and 4 months since they debuted. The album also entered on Billboard 200, placing in six charts simultaneously. With this achievement, they also became the first non "Big 4" K-pop artist to do so.
The album also secured first place in Japan Tower Records Weekly Comprehensive Album, as well as the real-time chart on Bugs.
