After reports of Jennie's alleged breakup with V came out, BLINKs have come to the idol's defense after degrading comments were made directly to her.

Jennie and V gained the spotlight in the K-pop community on December 6, when Korean news outlet JTBC reported that the two idols have decided to break up. According to sources, the information was disclosed by industry insiders.

The exclusive report also included instances of the two K-pop stars having been sighted on multiple occasions, including Jennie's private listening party for BLACKPINK's second album.

The reports have incited vagueness among BLINKs, ARMYs, and the entire K-pop community, since neither V nor Jennie, alongside their respective agencies, have released any confirmation of their rumored relationship and alleged breakup.

On the same day (December 6), a forum titled, "The men who got dumped by Jennie," was established, which caught the close attention of BLINKs.

In the post, the original author uploaded an image featuring Jennie, along with V, and two other male K-pop idols EXO Kai and BIGBANG G-Dragon.

The OP followed up a question in the post saying, "Who will be the next one to enter Jennie's boyfriend collection?"

K-BLINKs were furious in the comments section, where they expressed their contempt towards the OP and the degrading context. Read their reactions below:

• "Hey, ahjumma, instead of snooping around other people's relationships, why don't you go date for a bit?"
• "You're here aging, yet you've never dated once in your life and is only preoccupied by hating on idols. Your life is pathetic."
