The K-pop community has been patiently waiting for Chungha's return, and with the idol now active, her promotion on music shows and various programs was only inevitable.

On March 15, Chungha appeared as a special guest on "Lee Hyori's Red Carpet," and made headlines across Korean media.

Viewers didn't waste a single second appreciating every moment of the episode, as avid followers of Chungha know that she's a huge fan of Lee Hyori. However, news outlets highlighted a specific moment during the exchange between the two K-pop divas.

Chungha took this chance to express her admiration for Lee Hyori, saying how she always bought her albums when she was young.

Lee Hyori, surprised by the revelation, expressed shock at Chungha's decision to spend money on her music rather than other things that fascinate the youth. In response, Chungha displayed her fangirl side by declaring that Lee Hyori was enough for her at that time.

Chungha: "Ever since I was a child, I always bought your albums when they were released."

Lee Hyori: "That age, I'd want to do other things if I had pocket money, but why did you buy my albums?"

Chungha: "You were enough for me."

Chungha then handed out a handwritten fan letter to the icon, which was read out loud by Lee Hyori herself. According to the letter, Chungha opened up on how much Lee Hyori's music became her source of comfort and happiness during difficult times.

Seeing her idol read her fan letter in front of her, Chungha couldn't hold back her tears, as the audience members were also shown to be touched by the uplifting moment.
