Ever since she appeared as a Starship Entertainment trainee on Mnet's "Produce 48" in 2018, Jang Wonyoung has garnered praise for her stunning visuals. With beautiful, doe-like eyes, a sharp nose bridge, perfectly shaped lips, and a small face, it was easy for the idol to earn the title of "4th-Gen It Girl."

Now, a rookie idol is earning praise for having visuals like the IVE member.

UNIS Seowon Compared to IVE Jang Wonyoung

On March 27, 2024, a post titled "Wow, she seriously looks like Jang Wonyoung..." was uploaded to a popular South Korean online community forum called Pann Nate.

In the post, the original poster (OP) shared a screenshot of UNIS member Seowon from a video. The photo shows Seowon's side profile, showcasing her high nose bridge, v-shaped jaw, Bambi-like eyes, and plump lips. In the photo, the young idol is sporting bright orange.

The poster claimed that Seowon has a similar side profile to Jang Wonyoung.

Soon after the post was uploaded, Korean netizens swarmed to the comment section with their reactions.

UNIS Seowon Dubbed 'Little Jang Wonyoung'

Some people noted that the two idols have the same nose and chin, which makes them look even more similar. Many Korean netizens claimed that Seowon resembled Jang Wonyoung during her "Produce 48" and early IZ*ONE days.

This makes sense, as Seowon is currently 13 years old, the same age Jang Wonyoung was when she competed in the survival show.

This wouldn't be the first time she was compared to Jang Wonyoung. Prior to competing on "Universe Ticket" and debuting in UNIS, Seowon competed on "Miss Trot 2." While on the show, she earned the nickname "Little Jang Wonyoung," and the title has stuck ever since.

However, some people were skeptical. Some believe that she doesn't resemble the idol at all, but that she is pretty regardless. Still, a large majority claim they can see the resemblance.
