Crayon Pop Once Again Accused of Plagiarism

About a week or so ago, Crayon Pop was at the center of a plagiarism accusation by a Japanese company for a concept that they released for the holidays. This week, the group is yet again faced with another plagiarism suspicion.

Their Christmas song entitled "Lonely Christmas (Kkuriseumaseu)" is under speculation for being ripped off of an anime called 'Lupin III'. With many of these accusations being flung at the group in less than three months, it's a little hard to say whether the group or the company won't be forever stained with the image of copycats and remakers.

The net users are certainly speaking their minds about the issue, saying that there must be something wrong at this point if it is happening over and over again. Some are even suspecting the group of a little something called noise marketing: "Seems like this trash agency is trying to noise market by gaining attention through controversies like this even if it gets them hate"

Others have stated: "Copy Momoiro for the outfits, copy a Japanese anime for the song, name the song 'Kurisumasu', a Japanese pronunciation of Christmas. Talk about a 21st century pro-Japanese gorup." and "So is there concept to plagiarize?"

What do you have to say about this issue?
