On December 9th, MBC's "Good Day" revealed the top stars of 2013 that became big hits after just one appearance on TV. The top stars named were Kim Woo Bin, Yoo Yeon Seok, and Park Hyungsik.

Kim Woo Bin, who debuted as a model in 2008, appeared in KBS 2TV's drama "School 2013" in the beginning of this year, where he first rose to popularity. As of late, he's been starring in SBS' popular drama "The Heirs," and is being nicknamed a 'youth star'. Although Kim Woo Bin played a student in both dramas, he showed two completely different styles of acting, and showed off a unique charm for each. Kim Woo Bin was appropriately crowned this year's #1 star.

Yoo Yeon Seok, who debuted with "Old Boy" in 2003, more recently appeared in MBC drama "Gu Family Book," and has been nicknamed a 'professional villain actor.' He recently switched it up and surprised the audience with his transformation into a tender man in the drama "Respond 1994". He's one of the stars we're thankful for, especially because he's successfully grown into a great actor. We can look forward to more of his melo- acting.

Idol group ZE:A's non-existent member Park Hyungsik, who has been nicknamed 'baby soldier', was also chosen as 2013's big star. Park Hyungsik has been appearing on MBC's "Real Man" since last summer, and is counted as one of the stars that have been raised by the army. Since then, Park Hyungsik has gone from 'side' to 'center' even within ZE:A, and even has other small victories, such as being chosen to be the exclusive model of an outdoor clothing brand.
