Girl's Day Planning to Kick 2014 Off Right, Group Preparing for an Early January Comeback

Girl's Day is planning to start 2014 off right. The popular four-member Korean girl group will be making an official comeback next month.

Dream Tea Entertainment, who manages the quartet, announced the exciting news via South Korean media outlet Star News on December 10.

"Girl's Day are putting the finishing touches on their new album set to be released the first week of January," a rep from the agency is quoted as saying. He also added that the new release is going to be a mini-album.

The girls also plan to continue their sexy-yet-chic concept and will strike a balance between sensual and adorable for the comeback.

"Girl's Day will once again give off the cute yet sexy feel they have been showcasing," explained the Dream Tea representative.

The four member group debuted in 2010 and had originally stuck with their specific brand of cutesy pop. With their most recent comeback and latest popular singles "Expectation" and "Female President," the girls began their metamorphosis into more alluring idols.

The upcoming new release is expected to be a continuation of that trend.
