Son Seung Yeon Has a Heavenly Voice in New Song

Berklee College of Music student Son Seung Yeon presented her angelic voice as a gift to her fans.

On December 11th, Son Seung Yeon released her song "I Can Hear Your Voice," which she worked on in Korea. Her music is gaining depth, and her explosive tone and powerful voice are enough to give the listener goosebumps.

In this song, Son Seung Yeon sings about missing an ex-lover, and expresses those emotions very well with her powerful and emotional voice. At the same time, the song has an addictive melody that makes you want to sing along.

Not only that, her vibration in the middle of the song brings about a sort of healing to the listeners. Son Seung Yeon truly is a talented vocalist that can control the melody line very freely. Her lows and highs are spot on, crisp, and clear.

The lyrics in her new song included lines such as "Without you, each minute feels like a month, a year," and "From my bed, from my chair, no matter how hard I look, I can't find you." She plays the part of a woman longing for a past lover very well, and delivered a pleasant surprise with her pure tone.

And what's also noteworthy is the fact that she filmed the music video herself with a camcorder. There were no brilliant techniques involved, mostly just point and shooting in Boston. However, the music video captures some stunning scenery and exotic aspects of the city of Boston. There is even a shot of Son Seung Yeon performing on the streets.

Son Seung Yeon came to America in August to attend Berklee College of Music, and is currently in Boston studying as well as working on her upcoming album.
