Girls' Generation (SNSD) 'Top Prioirty' of Interscope

Girls’ Generation truly seems to have moved the heart of music lovers worldwide as the group has number awards, performances not limited within Korea. The nine girl group members first appeared in the music scene in 2007 and have stirred up the music field.

Now it seems the girls have captivated the American audience and proving themselves to make it in the most sought-after music market. According to an Australia music blog ‘The Prophet Blog’ mentions Interscope chairman Jimmy Iovine pushing the girls into global superstars.

Iovine is reported to be pushing Girls’ Generation a ‘top priority’ of Interscope. Now with the full back up and support of largest producers this will surely bring great excitement for K-Pop fans.

The excitement over K-Pop seems to have landed and marked a new chapter in K-Pop history all around the world. Currently the girls are focusing on Korea and Japan activities for the remainder of this year, yet at the same time will be preparing for an English album that is tentatively scheduled to release next year according to The Prophet Blog.

Iovine is no stranger to producing hit pop girl group such as the Pussycat Dolls that he launched into pop stardom in 2005. This is exiting as K-Pop is gearing up to enter the mainstream of pop music, the American market.
