VIXX Publicly Gives Heartfelt Apologies For Recent Controversies

VIXX made a public apology for their agency rep who was involved in an 'attitude' controversy.

On February 5th Jellyfish Entertainment wrote on VIXX's official fan cafe and agency website, "We sincerely apologize for causing a great inconvenience to our fans with bad news."

They wrote, "We promise to take caution when dealing with our fans and when performing external work, so that our employees don't make mistakes or display attitudes or actions that can cause misunderstanding. We will reveal the content of our investigation so far on our official fan cafe. Jellyfish Entertainment will work hard for a better future for VIXX by communicating with our fans. We offer our heartfelt apologies again for bringing you grief with this kind of problem."

They continued, "It was reported recently that in an interview with TenAsia, our employee had an unsavory attitude, and despite our official fanclub STARLIGHT's requests to Jellyfish for information, we were unable to respond right away because we needed to look into the matter. We apologize for the delay in expressing our position during this investigation. Regarding the employee in question, that employee approached the media reporter and gave a polite apology. We'd like to let you know that we've cleared up any midsunderstanding with the media staff. The employee went through a self-disciplinary action, and we are currently discussing how we can prevent a similar occurence from happening again."

Jellyfish employees were said to have displayed an insincere attitude in dealing with their fans and media. The fans themselves boycotted the DVD and posted on Daum, "We request a swift response to Jellyfish's brutality." They are currently petitioning for 10,000 signatures for this movement.
