KBS 2TV entertainment program "Our Neighborhood Arts and Sports" team went to Sochi to cheer on Korea's national team players in the 2014 Winter Olympics, and returned to Korea.

On February 14th TV personality Kang Ho Dong, comedian Park Sungho, singer John Park, actor Julien Kang, and staff arrived in Korea at the Incheon International Airport.

"Our Neighborhood" members came out of the gate together. Kang Ho Dong and Julien Kang were spotted wearing Sochi Winter Olympic Team uniforms bearing the KBS logo. Kang Ho Dong greeted everyone, "We've returned well. Thank you." Other members also shouted out, "Thank you" as they passed by.

Even as the members were leaving the airport, they said to each other "Good work." Kang Ho Dong said, "Thank you for your effort." Other staff members that were already waiting for the team said the same.

Director Lee Ye Ji shared, "We've captured the footage that we wanted. We will vividly show our viewers how the Olympic scenes are, and what went on in Sochi."

Regarding Kang Ho Dong, Director Lee said, "Entertainment programs don't have a lot of live broadcasts. Kang Ho Dong is a broadcast pro, but he doesn't have much live broadcast experience, and prepared very diligently. The staff also checked the transmission response. Kang Ho Dong really poured out his sincerity, and did very well."

The director continued, "At the time Kang Ho Dong looked nervous, but on his return, everyone responded by commending him on a job well done. That's when he put on a smile. Likewise, other members did very well on set, too."

These members left for Sochi on the 9th, and stayed at the location to cheer for speed skating athletes Lee Sang Hwa and Mo Tae Bum. Kang Ho Dong was in charge of the special relay broadcasting, while John Park and Julien Kang took charge of cheering. Park Sung Ho shined as a sports news reporter.

Besides these 4 team members, the director, writer, and other staff members joined them on this trip. Once they arrived, they worked with the KBS sports officials to deliver Olympic news.

The Sochi broadcast of "Our Neighborhood Arts and Sports" will air on the 18th and the 25th.
