ZE:A’s Hyungsik Cast in tvN’s ‘Nine’ as Child Actor

ZE:A member Hyungsik is joining the cast of tvN's "Nine" as an actor following his fellow label mate Siwan's success.

Star Empire Entertainment today stated, "Hyungsik will join tvN's 'Nine' that is scheduled to air in March, as one of the leading roles to kick off the new year as an acting idol."

The cast of "Nine" already includes Lee Jin Wook and Jo Yoon Hee and gained attention for casting veteran actor Jeon No Min.

Hyungsik is to play the child version of Lee Jin Wook. Generally child actors only appear in the beginning of the drama however for "Nine" since the storyline moves back and forth between the past and present, Hyungsik will continuously appear to the end.

Hyungsik shared, "I'm thankful for the good thing that is happening to me from the beginning of the year. I will work hard to be an acting idol that won't become a burden to other actors and staffs."

"Nine" is to begin airing following the conclusion of "Flower Boys Next Door," in March.
