K-Netz Disappointed After ITZY Lia's Rumored Nose Surgery: 'She Looks Like Pinocchio'

ITZY Lia sparked claims that she underwent plastic surgery after netizens noticed the change in her nose.

Ahead of ITZY's much-awaited return on Oct. 15th with "GOLD," its official social media platforms shared a 2-minute and 35-second album concept teaser. 

In the video, she ignited excitement as this will also mark member Lia's return to the group following her health hiatus since Sept. last year.

Here are the comments:

• "Why did she ruin the harmony of her face?"
• "No, she used to be so pretty, why did you do that?"
• "Sorry, but she looks like Pinocchio."
• "Who are you?"
• "It's true that she's pretty, but it looks unnatural."
• "Oh, you had surgery. You were pretty, why did you have surgery? It's a shame."

Amid this, MIDZY, Lia's supporters are hoping that K-Netz will refrain from adding the unconfirmed narrative she had a break from the music scene to "heal" her nose and ask people to be kinder to the female idol, who just got back to work after recovering her physical and mental health.
