Half Life 3 Release Date Confirmed: FPS Game From Valve Corporation Will Arrive In Late 2014 For PC, PS4 And Xbox One

Gamers will definitely be delighted to know that exciting new details about Half Life 3 release date were finally revealed.

2013 was filled with lots of reports about Half Life 3 release, and now, there are new and interesting details to be added to the plethora of information about the first-person shooting game. What's even better is that all the latest revelations came from Valve's level designer.

John Guthrie who is Level Designer for Valve Software, shared that Half Life 3 will be available to platforms such as the PC, PS4 and Xbox One in 2014. He explained, as cited by Sidh Tech, "I can't confirm all too much since the development is still in early stages, but for now i can confirm that we are going to release on both current and next generation consoles and we will also release the game on our own platform exclusively for Pc iniall Mac..."

Guthrie and the dev team also shared their timeframe when it comes to the release of the very first Half Life 3 trailer. He said, "We hope to have the first trailer ready for E3 2014, which we (after several times not attending) will finally come back to"

This revelation about Half Life 3 release date actually came from the gaming site, NoShitShurlock, who claimed to be in communication via email with Quake Command founder and the Half-Life level designer.

Gamerant also noted that Half-Life 3 will only run a single-player campaign, without any co-op or multiplayer made. Half Life 3 gameplay will also revolve in the after events of its predecessor. Furthermore, it was also revealed that a lot of the main characters from Half Life 2 will be included in the upcoming version of the series.
