Watch The 2013 US Gymnastics Championships Podium Training [LIVE STREAM]: P&G Sponsored Event To Crown The Next National Champions

The summer marquee event for the US gymnastics discipline will be held this weekend, and USA gymnastics has uploaded several live streams for fans to watch the podium training.

The 2013 P&G Gymnastics Championships will be held in Hartford, Connecticut from August 15 to 18, and podium training will begin tomorrow for both junior and senior gymnasts.

The official USA Gymanstics YouTube has several live streams prepared so fans can watch the discipline of their choosing, like balance beam, floor, and vault.

According to the official website, the competition schedule for the 2013 Gymnastics Championships is:

--August 15: women's gymnastics, juniors at 1 p.m. and seniors at 7:30 p.m.

--August 16: men's gymnastics, juniors at 1 p.m. and seniors at 7:00 p.m.

--August 17: women's gymnastics, juniors at 2 p.m. and seniors at 7:30 p.m.

--August 18: men's gymnastics, seniors at 11:30 a.m. and juniors at 6:30 p.m. Times listed are Eastern.

"The P&G Gymnastics Championships, previously known as the Visa Championships, determine US champions and the US national team for the junior and senior elite levels. The field will be determined closer to the competition."

The gymnasts expected to compete at the 2013 P&G Gymnastics Championships include new first-year juniors and returning veterans.

Some familiar names include McKayla Maroney, Kyla Ross, John Orozco, and Danell Leyva.
