Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson Break Up 2013: Rob Moves Out Of Kristen’s Neighborhood Due To ‘Too Many Memories,’ Rents $3.5 Million Place In Beverly Hills

Robert Pattinson has moved out of Kristen Stewart's Los Feliz neighborhood in Los Angeles, and into a fancy place in Beverly Hills, and reports are saying it's a move to put space between himself and Kristen after their break up.

According to Perez Hilton, a source close to Rob says: "Rob has moved out of the Los Feliz area to get away from Kristen and her friends. There were too many memories there for him."

Rob's new place is a rented pad in Beverly Hills, worth an estimated $3.5 million with five bedroom and six bathrooms, a library, a spa and a swimming pool.

Though reports are saying he wanted to get out of the same Los Feliz neighbourhood as his ex, his new place is only nine miles up the road. It doesn't look like Rob went very far.

"Rob's new home is in a gated community in Beverly Hills, where Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera also live," an insider revealed to Hollywood Life. "Britney Spears also used to live there."

But it might be a big deal for the exes, since Rob and Kristen had been living together in the hip neighborhood since 2008, Hollywood Life reports.

The website previously reported that "Rob loves Kristen and always will," and he has no regrets.

"The thing that Rob loved and admired so much about Kristen is her ability to be absolutely herself and not care what others think," an insider revealed to Hollywood Life.

"For quite some time, Rob blamed himself for the demise of their relationship. But what he has learned is priceless and he is grateful for this. He has no regrets. And yes, he has forgiven Kristen, but more importantly, he has forgiven himself."
