Minecraft Xbox 360 Update: Free Mash-Up Packs? 4J Studios Talks Complimentary Trials With New Interfaces

Minecraft mash-up packs for the Xbox 360 will be features in free trials of each pack and will come with new interfaces, and a pre-made world that shows you what can be done with the new content within, VG24/7 reports.

4J Studios discussed the content on Twitter recently, confirming that there is no set release date to announce, VG24/7 also reports:

"There are no Mash-up or Texture Packs available yet. We're waiting for legal sign-off before we can reveal the first pack," 4J Studios announced via Twitter last week.

"For those asking - a Mash-up Pack makes Minecraft look like another game, so Textures + Skin Pack + User Interface + Music + Themed World," they announced yesterday.

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition fans were buzzing about the game's release date before it was announced and even took to Twitter to make predictions.

"All the bug fixes that I can remember have taken only a few days. Otherwise, if they add features, they take the full 10 days. With that, I predict the 27th for a release," predicted one user on 4J Studios' forum discussing the game's release.
