Selena Gomez And Justin Bieber Breakup: 'I Understand [The Attraction], But I Don't Suggest It' The 'Come And Get It' Singer Says About Former 19-Year-Old BF

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber breakup: The "Come and Get It" singer opened up about her relationship with the pop-star.

While on the set for the release of her latest film, "Gataway" in L.A. on Wednesday, Selena Gomez spoke about her breakup with Justin Bieber.

The two have been in an on-and-off again relationship and for the first time publicly, Selena Gomez answered questions about her breakup with Justin Bieber.

At first, the 21-year-old spoke about how so many people care about the twos' relationship.

"It does get to me. I'm a human and I feel those emotions of when people talk about you. It's never a good feeling. 'Cause half the time it's just bull, it's not real," Gomez told Reuters.

A few weeks ago, her parents came out and gave Gomez an ultimatum about her relationship with the 19-year-old who has been getting in trouble with the law and has had negative publicity for a few months now. They reportedly said its him or us. Gomez didn't talk about that, though she spoke about an attraction to someone like Bieber.

"I understand [the attraction], but I don't suggest it," she says. "A nerdy guy that wears the same flannel every day, I think that's really cute. That's attractive to me, that kind of vibe," Gomez told Reuters.

She spoke again about how paparazzi and media outlets blow up coverage with simple things that go on these stars' lives.

"In the real world I'll drive my car to the grocery store and buy myself some food," she told the New York Daily News. "In the media world it's like, 'Oohhh, I drive my car to go somewhere secretive.' It gets too clouded, so I just have good people around me."
