Lamar Odom Arrested DUI: Allegedly Avoids Police Until Finally Pulling Over 'Unable To Field Sobriety Tests' By Husband Of Khole Kardashian

Lamar Odom arrested for DUI Friday morning after he was spotted allegedly driving erratically on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley, the California Highway police told the Los Angeles Times.

CHP officials said they spotted Lamar Odom driving a white Mercedes sports utility vehicle eastbound on the 101 Freeway near Sepulveda Boulevard. The driver was driving in a "serpentine manner" at speeds of about 50 mph, which led to him being pulled over and arrested on suspicion of DUI (Driving Under the Influence of alcohol/drugs).

Lamar Odom was booked and being held on $15,000 bail, according to TMZ. The DUI arrest took place around 3:54 a.m. and allegedly failed numerous sobriety test. TMZ reported that he refused to take any chemical test.

Odom showed "objective signs of intoxication and was unable to perform field sobriety tests as explained and demonstrated," according to a CHP report.

The 33-year-old two-time NBA champion with the L.A. Lakers was allegedly driving a few exits before finally listening to the cops and pulling over.

Odom, from South Jamaica, Queens in New York, married Khole Kardashian. Their wedding was featured on the show that Khole is a star of in "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

He was drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in 1999 after one season at Rhode Island for a short collegiate career.

Odom has run into some trouble over recent weeks. One of those problems was with a reported drug issue he has had. This happened after a fight he had with his wife. And then there was a reported battery and grand theft arrest last month involving a paparazzo in Hollywood.

A video captured the incident when Odom takes a bags full of camera equipment from a paparazzo after that person was question Odom about a possible affair he was having on his wife.
