Sean Kingston Sued For Gang Rape: Allegedly Forced To Have Sex With Singer And Two Other Men In 2010, Wants At Least $5 Million

Sean Kingston sued for gang rape: Alleged teenager said that the singer and his bodyguard raped her while in a hotel room back in 2010.

The lawsuit according to Sean Kingston is false. Even though he's sued for gang rape, the Jamaican American rapper denied any of these allegations to being true.

The 23-year-old singer and songwriter is being sued by Carissa Capeloto. She is now 22 and claimed that she was forced to have sex with Sean Kingston and his bodyguard at a Seattle hotel in 2010. She was 19 when it allegedly took place and now Kingston is being sued for gang rape.

In the lawsuit, she claimed that it happened after she smoked pot and downed 7-10 shots of vodka, according to TMZ. Capeloto said she was invited to the "Me Love" singer's hotel room for a meet-and-greet following a Justin Bieber concert, where Kingston had also performed. When she showed up, Kingston was waiting naked on his bed.

She claimed she was tossed on the bed by the bodyguard when those two and one other man proceeded to rape her. It was until her friend came in and rescued her from the situation. Capeloto has sued all three men.

The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.

She claimed her life has been ruined from the alleged gang rape. She can barely sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks.  Capeloto wants $5 mil minimum. 

It was in 2010 when charges against Kingston were dropped because police concluded that Capeloto wasn't a credible enough for a legit case.

Kingston nearly lost his life a few years ago. On May 29, 2011, Kingston was involved in a jet skiing accident in Miami Beach, Florida. Kingston and a female passenger were severely injured when their jet ski struck the bridge connecting Palm Island with the MacArthur Causeway at approximately 6 pm. He was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, where he was placed in the intensive care unit and listed in stable condition. He suffered a fractured wrist and broken jaw along with water in the lungs, but he later made a full recovery.
