Employees With Benefits: Lenovo CEO Gives Portion of Multi-Million Dollar Bonus To Junior Employees

The Lenovo CEO has done it again.

Once again, Chinese boss Yang Yuanqing was generous enough to gift a significant amount of his bonus to the company's more than 10,000 junior employees.

According to reports from Bloomberg, the Lenovo CEO have deducted over $3.25 million dollars from his own bonus, to be distributed to all of the company's employees around the world.

Year after year, Yuanqing has never ceased to amaze us with his generosity when it comes to rewarding employees for their great job. And what do you expect from inspired, dedicated and loyal employees?

Lenovo has been on the rise in the smartphone world, though it is still far away from the duel between Samsung and Apple. Still, it was able to land NBA superstar Kobe Bryant to endorse its new phone lineup.

Last year, the Chinese manufacturer once again became the top PC maker, above perennial favorites HP, and Asus.

The Verge says each of  the 10,000 employees would get more or less a whole month of extra pay.

If Lenovo's CEO continues this act, then let's not be surprised if the manufacturer further improves its performance in the market for this year.
