Beyonce Preparing New Album 2013 With Video Shoot Featuring Supermodel Terry Richardson: Coney Island And Miami Shoots Indicate Queen Bey Comeback?

Beyonce may be busy performing at the "Budweiser Made in America" festival in Philadelphia, but is the Bey also gearing up for her new album with music video shoots?

It's been reported by Entertainmentwise that Beyonce was filming a music video with model Jourdan Dunn reportedly dancing alongside the "Halo."

Shot around Coney Island, Beyonce has also tapped models Diandra Forrest and Jessica White to appear in the mysterious video.

The current theory is that Beyonce is filming a music video for a single off of her new album, which is still set for a 2013 release despite many delays.

Earlier this month, Beyonce was also spotted filming at Golden Beach in Miami, possibly for the same video.

However, despite such reports, the music video could be for another ad campaign, or perhaps, the video for her husband Jay Z's "Part II (On The Run) Feat. Beyonce," a collaboration track for the couple.

But fans are hoping that despite being busy appearing at festivals and concert venues, Beyonce is slowly but steadily gearing up for a potential comeback with a new album.

As previously reported, Beyonce has allegedly scrapped her entire new album, which included potential hitters from Diplo, Ryan Tedder, The-Dream, Sia, Diane Warren, and Ne-Yo.

But, as noted by Billboard.com, Beyonce is currently on a massive world tour, which was initially planned to coincide with her new album that was to be released in the spring of 2013.

"Even if you're Beyonce, you're not gonna get a guaranteed unless the song is good," said Perez Hilton regarding Beyonce's new album being scrapped.

"Not a single song off her last album went top 10, or even top 20 [in the U.S.]. Beyonce is 100 times better a live performer than Rihanna, but Rihanna has the f**king hits! Rihanna has 100 more hits than Beyonce!"
