Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith Marriage On The Rocks: Selling Dream Home, Crumbling Foundations?

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith may be on the rocks.

The two put their dream home up on the market. The $42 million house will be for sale...prompting speculation Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are splitting up.

Will Smith and wife Jada's  have only lived in the house for two years-but spent seven years building the massive property.

The 25,000 square foot house is in Calabasas, CA...and, worse, there are rumors that the couple are selling their vacation home in Hawaii.

Both properties being for sale may be an indication that Will and Jada's own foundations aren't secure.

The custom-built Calabasas property took seven years to be built. The house has a circular floor plan, because, as Will Smith said, they wanted to "create an infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I hoped for our love'.

Is the love lost, though? Sources close to the couple rumor that the marriage between Will and Jada has been strained.

The dream home being sold seems symbolic of deeper problems.

The seven-acre property also has a lake, tennis court, basketball court, mediation room, and recording studio....but now, they'll all be up for sale.

Recently, Jada Pinkett-Smith backpedalled on rumors she was in an open relationship.

In an interview, she said that Will is "is his own man' and that the Fresh Prince star  'can do whatever' he wants, she then backtracked....hard.

Trying to quell the rumor mill, Jada wrote on Facebook, Here is how I will change my statement...Will and I BOTH can do WHATEVER we want, because we TRUST each other to do so.

Jada added, 'This does NOT mean we have an open relationship...this means we have a GROWN one.'

The couple were last seen at the VMAs on August 26, with their children Jaden and Willow in tow.
