Kanye West Ignores Kazakhstan Human Rights Violations- Would Rather Have $3 Million Paycheck, Plays At Kazakh President Nazarbayev’s Grandson’s Wedding

Kanye West has been accused of ignoring human rights violations in Kazakhstan.

Kanye took a whopping $3 million check to perform at the wedding of Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev's grandson.

Apparently, Kanye West doesn't care about Kazakhstan's history of violence and war....he'd rather just have a paycheck.

Critics have pointed out that Kazakhstan's President Nazarbayev is both a billionare-obvs-and at the center of numerious claims of corruption, human rights violations, and unspeakable acts of violence.

Kanye, however, only saw the billions, critics allege.

After all, Kim Kardashian has expensive taste. And their new baby North West needs some gold-plated rattles to match the gold-plated toilets Kim and Kanye just had installed. Kim and Kanye now have four gold-plated toilets in their Bel Air mansion, to the tune of $750,000.

The director of Human Rights Wach, David Epham, said, Kazakhstan's serious and deteriorating human rights situation includes "credible allegations of torture, the imprisonment of government critics, tight controls over the media and freedom of expression and association, limits in religious freedom, and continuing violation of workers' rights".'

The controversy comes from a fete at the Hotel Royal Tulip in Almaty, where Kanye West played President Nursultan Nazarbayev's grandson's wedding on Saturday.

The wedding was for party Aysultan Nazarbayev and Alima Boranbayeva. Aysultan, 23, is the youngest son of President Nazarbayev's eldest daughter. He works for Kazakhstan's Ministry of Defense, naturally.

What do you think of this story? Should Kanye have pulled out of doing the concert in Kazakhstan? Sound off in the comments below!
