Sarah Silverman's Psychic Friend Video Is Dark Turn For Edgy Comedian [VIDEO]; Silverman Part of Voting Public Service Announcement Days After Her Stunning Emmy Black Dress Red Carpet Appearance

Sarah Silverman is everywhere these days, recently stunning at the Emmys 2013 red carpet with an inexpensive black dress, and now there are two new Sarah Silverman videos!
The first Sarah Silverman video is a video with the band Psychic Friend.  Of Psychic Friend, Sarah Silverman said: "I'm a huge fan. The album is genius from beginning to end. It kills me how hard it is to get great music out there."
Sarah Silverman said this about the inspiration for the Psychic Friend video: "It was just the idea of this person connection to dance and having this bout of straight-up expression. And Michael Jackson."
"The director, Dean Fleischer-Camp, was inspired by an amazing Nova documentary called Secret of the Wild Child. YouTube it - you won't be able to stop watching it. It's heartbreaking, inspiring, and heartbreaking again.
"I loved being a part of this collision of song and story. You're right, this is not a comedic video! That's the luxury we get at JASH. We can do anything we want. Take chances, do things out of our realm, fail miserably ... For me, that's what makes it special."
Sarah Silverman isn't only part of one new video, though - she says: "I have a few things in the works. I'll be shooting a social issue video soon that's been dangling around in my bean for a while. And 20th (Century Fox) is actually letting me post my pilot from last year, which is so nice of them."
A voting public service announcement video featuring Sarah Silverman might be the social issue video she refers to - and it was just released for National Voter Registration Day.  In the voting public service announcement, Sarah Silverman says with her characteristic humor: "It's so easy, do it, be a part of this world, besides just Facebook."
