Emma Roberts and her boyfriend Evan Peters, who will both star in "American Horror Story" season 3, are still dating despite Emma Roberts' arrest for a domestic violence charge against boyfriend Evan Peters earlier this summer.

According to TMZ, Emma Roberts and Evan Peters were seen getting ice cream together last night, and demonstrated some major PDA during their outing.

Emma Roberts and her boyfriend made a stop at Sprinkles Ice Cream in Beverly Hills for some late night ice cream, according to TMZ, and they reportedly couldn't keep their hands off each other.

Julia Roberts' 22-year-old niece was arrested in Montreal, Canada this July for domestic violence, when someone called to report a fight in the couple's hotel room.

TMZ reports that when cops arrived at the scene, Evan had a bloody nose and maybe even a bite mark, and photos of Emma days later showed she had bruises on her arms and legs.

Emma was released hours later because 26-year-old Evan did not want to press charges, TMZ reports.

"American Horror Story" season 3 premieres October 9. "American Horror Story: Coven" also stars Jessica Lange.
