Assassin's Creed 4 Release Date: Wii, Xbox One, 360, PS4, For US And Europe; Why Are Wii U Gamers Disappointed?

Assassin's Creed 4 release dates for all consoles have been announced, including Wii, Xbox One, 360, and PS4. Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag also has a new trailer, called "Pirate Heist," along with the confirmed release dates.

Ubisoft has confirmed release dates on all systems, including Wii, Xbox One, 360, and PS4, for Assassin's Creed 4.

In the US, the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U versions of Assassin's Creed 4 are set to launch on October 29. The PS4 version will follow on November 15, the PC game on November 19, and the Xbox One version on November 22, Computerandvideogames.com reports.

In Europe, the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Assassin's Creed 4 will launch on November 1 as previously planned, but the Wii U edition will no longer make that date.

It will now launch alongside the newly-dated PC version, and the Xbox One and PS4 editions, on November 22.

The PC version's release date was unconfirmed up until today and Wii U players were expecting to play the game on the same day as 360 and PS3 owners, GodIsAGeek.com reports.

This means Wii U gamers will have to wait an extra three weeks over the November 1 release for versions on Xbox 360 and PS3, Videogamer.com reports.

Even though the PS4 isn't out until November 29 in Europe, you'll be able to buy Assassin's Creed 4 on Xbox One's launch day.

Also, Ubisoft released a new Assassin's Creed 4 trailer along with the announcement of release dates. The new trailer, called "Pirate Heist," can be watched below.
